The Venue
The GN3 Symposium will take place at the NH Vienna Airport in Austria, on the 24, 25 and 26 November 2010.
Catering and meals
All delegates are invited for dinner on the night of the plenary:
When: Wednesday 24 November, 19:30
Where: The buffet restaurant of the hotel.
NOTE: Lunches and coffee breaks on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will also be provided, but evening meals (other than that on the Wednesday evening mentioned above) are not included.
Accommodation
We have arranged a special hotel room rate of €125 per night, for a single.

Letters of Invitation
Due to various national security procedures, and the fact that this is an international meeting, this process takes time, so in order to achieve success you should send your request to us BEFORE 31 September 2010. After this date, it will be extremely difficult to obtain the correct paperwork in time for the meeting.
