The Venue
The EuroCAMP meeting will be hosted by the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). The meeting will be held in the Multimedia Amphitheater. The recommended way of reaching the venue is by taxi, which should cost no more than €20 (depending on where you start from). We are also looking into providing a shuttle bus service if possible, more details will be sent to you by email prior to the event, so please make sure your email address is correct at registration.

Dinner
We will organise a dinner for the EuroCAMP delegates on the 5 November.
Please note: People with special dietary requirements should notify the organisers stating your full name and your requirements as soon as possible so some alternative meals can be arranged.
Lunch
Lunches will also be included in your registration fee.
Hotels
Hotel costs are not included in your registration fee, you must book your own room. Please do mention 'EuroCAMP' when you book as there may be discounts available. There a number of large conferences happening during the same week in Athens, so PLEASE BOOK EARLY to secure a room. Please note, the prices below are no longer guranteed. The earlier you book your room the better the price will be.
