How to get there
We have arranged buses to pick you up from Brussels International Airport (BRU) free of charge. All this information including some maps and venue layouts are included in this PDF document for download. The buses will pick up from level -1 at the airport, and the driver will be holding a sign demarking it as our bus.
25 September
The departure times for the free bus are as follows:
- Leaves airport at 09:45
- Leaves airport at 10:45
- Leaves airport at 11:15
- Leaves airport at 11:45
26 September
We have also arranged buses from the hotel to the airport at specific times on the second day.
- Leaves Dolce at 16:00 (Arrives airport approx. 16:45)
- Leaves Dolce at 16:15 (Arrives airport approx. 17:00)
- Leaves Dolce at 16:30 (Arrives airport approx. 17:15)
Hotel Rooms
There is no registration fee for the event, but we do ask that you pay for your own travel and accommodation. We have negotiated a reduced fee of €165 per room per night, which can be paid for using cash or credit card on checkout. You will also be liable for any extra costs to your room bill.
Please note the venue Hotel is now fully booked on Monday and Tuesday night.
General Information
The programme starts on the first day at 13:00, but we would also like to invite you to a buffet lunch between 12:00-13:00 at the venue.
At 19:30 on the first day we will provide you with a dinner, including wine and mineral water. Any drinks that you take other than wine should be charged to your room bill.
Breakfast is included in the room price and this is served from 07:00.
