Remarks regarding this section

5.1: Our NOC is divided into 2 parts: a) a level-1 NOC which is outsourced to an ISP/carrier called Barak which just takes level-1 calls b) a team of 6 individuals from various universities who rotate as being the 24x7 on-call level-2 person for any issue that may arise. The level-2 NOC can be contacted directly via nocplus@noc.ilan.net.il
