Kevin Meynell (Project Development Officer)

Kevin Meynell is one of the Project Development Officers at TERENA who manage the technical activities. He is currently working on the GN3 project; is the manager of TCS; is the Secretary of TF-CSIRT and a Review Board member of Trusted Introducer; and is the Coordinator of GLIF.

After graduating from Middlesex Polytechnic (now Middlesex University) in 1991 with a degree in Geography, Kevin Meynell joined the JET Project, an experimental nuclear fusion programme working in a project planning group. He moved to UKERNA in February 1995 where he worked on various Internet, ATM and ISDN networking initiatives.

Kevin originally joined TERENA in February 1997, before moving to CENTR in January 2000 where he worked on domain name issues. He rejoined TERENA in September 2001.

Born in 1970, Kevin goes kart racing and enjoys travelling to interesting places, particularly remote islands, in his spare time.
